When purchasing or returning Goods, the Buyer must cover the delivery costs of the package.
The standard shipping time for purchased goods is 1-3 working days in Latvia, and 3-5 working days the rest of Baltic States. The seller of the goods is not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances independent of the seller of the goods.
The consumer has the right to return the received product within 14 (fourteen) days from the moment of receipt of the Product, without mentioning the reason. The period for exercising the right of withdrawal expires after 14 (fourteen) days, starting from delivery date. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must send the Seller of the Goods a clear, free-form statement containing information about the purchased item, the Buyer's first and last name (for persons), name, registration no. and legal address (for legal entities), phone number, bank account number or PayPal id from which payment for the Product was made and e-mail address. In order to receive refund returned goods must not be opened, used and original packaging must remain untouched. Refund will be given once returned goods received and checked condition.
In case of exercise of the right of return, the Buyer does not have to cover the costs of the money transfer, if it is a domestic money transfer. If the transfer of funds is to another country, then these expenses are covered by the Buyer. The seller of goods deducts the transfer expenses from the amount to be transferred to the Consumer.
If the goods were damaged during the delivery of the goods, then the Buyer is obliged to submit a claim to the goods carrier at the time of receiving the goods. Without submitting this claim, the Seller cannot receive compensation from the carrier for the transported goods and therefore does not take responsibility for returning the value of the damaged goods to the Buyer.
